Our shop floor combines high-performance machining centers from DMG (80mono), Mazak (I-100S), Matsuura (MX-520), Brother, Taichung, and Qiaofeng with Jingshang 80 automatic lathes and the heavy-duty Shenyang CK61125x2000 CNC lathe. This mix of 3-axis, multi-axis milling, and CNC turning covers everything from small precision connectors to large structural components.

- Milling: Maximum working travel of 3000 x 1600 x 1400 mm on the Qiaofeng CNC 3016-4A, enabling machined parts up to approximately 2600 mm in length depending on fixturing and setup.
- Turning: Diameter capacity up to 1250 mm with 2000 mm between centers on the Shenyang CK61125x2000.
Achievable Tolerances
- General machining accuracy: IT5 and IT6 grades.

Can you handle both prototype and production quantities?
Yes. Our equipment mix, from multi-axis machining centers for complex low-volume work to Jingshang 80 automatic lathes for higher-throughput turned parts, supports prototype, pilot-run, and volume production. What materials can you machine?
