Machines manufactured in China offer the lowest hourly machining rates, while those from China Taiwan fall in the middle; machines from Europe, the United States, and Japan have higher machining costs. For small features we achieve tolerances as tight as +/-0.003 mm or +/- 0.00012 inch. For larger dimensions the standard capability is +/-0.03 mm, or +/- 0.0012 inch. General machining accuracy reaches IT6 and IT5. Exact achievable tolerance depends on geometry, material, and feature size, send your drawing for confirmation.
